Theseus Capital has not been established as a fund. There is no pooled investment vehicle, no limited partnership, no offering and no capital under management. Nothing on this site should be read as indicating otherwise.

In the interim Theseus Capital operates as a research business. It produces investment research, frameworks and written analysis, and it contracts for research services. It does not manage money for anyone, does not hold client assets and does not have discretion over any account.

The material on this site is published for information and discussion.
